Cancellation & Refund Policy

We at ETHER Marari Beachfront understand that plans can change. Our Cancellation & Refund Policy is designed to provide flexibility while ensuring fairness to all parties. Please read the terms carefully before making a reservation.
 

1. Cancellation Policy

a. General Terms:

  • Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made between 7 to 14 days prior to the check-in date will incur a cancellation fee of 50%.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the check-in date will not be eligible for a refund.

b. Special Conditions:

  • For peak seasons, festival dates, and holidays, cancellations made less than 30 days prior to check-in may incur higher cancellation charges. Specific terms will be communicated at the time of booking.

c. No-Show Policy:

  • Guests who fail to arrive without prior notice (no-show) will be charged the full booking amount, and no refunds will be issued.

d. Early Departures:

  • No refunds will be provided for early departures once the stay has commenced.
     

2. Refund Policy

a. Refund Processing:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation approval.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

b. Non-Refundable Bookings:

  • Certain promotional or discounted bookings may be marked as non-refundable. Such bookings are not eligible for cancellation or refunds under any circumstances.

c. Bookings via Third-Party Websites or Travel Agents:

  • For reservations made through third-party websites or travel agents, the cancellation and refund policies published by the respective platform or agency will apply. Refunds for such bookings (if pre-paid) will be processed directly by the third party as per their policies. Guests are advised to review the terms and conditions of the respective platform before booking.

d. Force Majeure:

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government-imposed travel restrictions, or pandemics, refunds or rebooking options will be offered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of ETHER Marari Beachfront.
     

3. Amendment Policy

a. Changes to Reservations:

  • Guests can request amendments to their booking dates up to 7 days prior to check-in, subject to availability.

  • Additional charges may apply for amendments depending on seasonal pricing or room availability.

b. Last-Minute Amendments:

  • Amendments requested less than 7 days before check-in will be considered at the discretion of the management and may incur additional fees.
     

4. How to Cancel or Amend a Reservation

To request a cancellation or amendment, please contact us through one of the following methods:

Include your booking reference number, name, and contact details for quicker processing.
