• "Guest(s):" Refers to individuals or groups who make a reservation or use our services.

• "Booking": Refers to a confirmed reservation made through our website, phone, email, or third-party platforms.
   

2. Booking Policy

a. Eligibility:

• Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a booking.

• A valid photo ID is required upon check-in.

b. Payment Terms:

• Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the selected rate plan.

• All payments must be made in the specified currency.

c. Confirmation:

• Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the booking confirmation email or message from us.

d. Special Requests:

• Special requests (e.g., dietary preferences, room preferences) will be accommodated based on availability and are not guaranteed.
   

3. Check-In and Check-Out Policy

• Check-In Time: 2:00 PM

• Check-Out Time: 12:00 PM

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
 

4. Guest Responsibilities

a. Conduct:

• Guests must respect the property, staff, and other guests. Unruly behavior may result in eviction without refund.

b. Damage:

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents during their stay. The cost of repairs or replacements will be charged to the guest.

c. Prohibited Items:

• Weapons, hazardous materials, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the premises.
   

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Bookings made through third-party platforms are subject to their respective cancellation and refund policies.
   

6. Liability

• We are not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during your stay.

• Guests are advised to use the in-room safes (if provided) or take necessary precautions to secure valuables.

• We are not responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur due to guest negligence.
   

7. Third-Party Bookings

• For bookings made through third-party platforms or travel agents, the terms and conditions of the respective platform or agent will apply.

• Guests must coordinate directly with the third party for cancellations, amendments, or refunds.
   

8. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or power outages.
